My buddy Chuck on Letterman Wedensday
My buddy Chuck Prophet (check out his tunes here) will be playing on “Late Night With David Letterman” this Wednesday (tomorrow, Jan 9). Check it out. The guy is great…an amazing, if under-appreciated, singer/songwriter/storyteller. Love him. Proud of him.

We’ve lounged poolside in Palm Springs, we’ve paddled out into surf above your heads in Hawaii, now we’re off to big apple to meet the man behind the man behind the man. Don’t mind the maggots! You can also write with one other person, but I have some advice for that. Chuck Prophet told me this one: If you’re writing a song with another guitarist, only use one guitar and pass it back and forth. Otherwise, if you each have a guitar in your hands, you just end up playing blues jams and don’t get any work done.
