Alex Jones is one more brick in commercial media's divide and conquer routine--get conservatives thinking that liberals are their mortal enemies who cannot be compromised with no matter what, and vice versa, so they both fail to realize that the same corporations own and control the politicians who claim to be on either side of that spectrum. If you want news, go through a grass-roots non-commercial network like Pacifica, or stick to warily reading what's left of newspapers (lots of liars there, too, though).
